According to researchers at the Harvard Medical School, gratitude has a profound impact on people's well-being and relationships. With this in mind, Grateful was developed to provide an easy and enjoyable way to express gratitude and appreciate the blessings in your life.

Grateful offers a simple interface and daily prompts that make reflection and giving thanks a joyful and effortless process. If you find yourself unsure of where to start, Grateful greets you with engaging questions like "What made you smile today?" or "What made today a good day?". All you have to do is provide a response, whether it be a word or a full paragraph. You also have the option to enhance your thoughts by adding relevant photos.

Browsing past entries in Grateful is a breeze with its uncomplicated journal feed. You can easily navigate through your timeline by either time or prompt. Want to relive the moments that brought a smile to your face this year? Simply jump to those entries. Curious about your state of mind during last January? Go directly to that month in your timeline.

To truly make the journal your own, Grateful offers flexibility when writing entries. When starting a new entry, you can choose to answer the provided prompt, select a different prompt, or even create your own.

Your privacy is of utmost importance, which is why Grateful operates without sign-ups, logins, or Facebook integration. All your data is solely stored on your device, ensuring complete security.

Grateful provides several free features including 15 journal entries, unlimited reminders, and no required login. Each session begins with a prompt to facilitate easy writing. You can answer the prompt and save any additional thoughts for future reference. The ability to edit past entries and customize your timeline based on time, prompt, tag, or random order is also available.

For those seeking additional premium features, such as unlimited entries, data backup with Dropbox and iCloud, passcode protection with Face ID, the ability to create custom prompts, and exporting entries to PDF or CSV formats, Grateful offers a one-time upgrade or a subscription through the Growth Bundle.

The Growth Bundle is an optional monthly or annual subscription. If you choose to upgrade, payment will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, according to your chosen plan&#8217;s price.

You can manage your subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by accessing your iTunes/App Store Account Settings after purchase. Please note that no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during an active subscription period.
